I understand how daunting it can be to open up or speak freely to a stranger, especially if it is the first time you have reached out for support. This is why I also offer clients the option to “Walk & Talk” suitable for teens, and adult therapy and coaching.

What to Expect at your Session
We will begin with a chat so that I can gather any relevant information that will determine how I can best support you and work together. Following this, I will explain all about hypnotherapy and the modalities that I work with so that you have an understanding of what to expect and how exactly our minds work, this can help to answer any questions you may have. Together we will determine your desired outcomes and goals, focusing on how you can best move forward with your life to feel healthier and happier in both mind and body. Following your first session I will also provide you with a take-home self-hypnosis recording which will continue to work on your frame of mind with an added bonus of some blissful relaxation included.
